These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TidyText provided by Razvan Andrei Surdu ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using TidyText, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TidyText is a macOS application that allows you to transform your text with AI-powered features. You agree to use TidyText in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts and Data

  • To receive notifications or updates, you may provide your email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

  • We own or license all rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, in and to TidyText.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hamburg, Germany.
